Organized property-level bookkeeping for real estate investors

SmartLedger Management provides property-level bookkeeping and monthly financial reporting for landlords, investors, ownership groups, and growing rental portfolios throughout Miami and Florida — organized by property, bank account, and ownership entity.

What We Do

Financial records organized by property and entity

  1. 01

    Income & Expense Tracking

Rental income recorded and operating expenses categorized by property, entity, and account so each asset stays financially organized.

  2. 02

    Bank Reconciliations

Operating, reserve, security-deposit, and property credit-card accounts reconciled to identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly recorded transactions.

  3. 03

    Accounts Payable

Vendor bills organized, payment status tracked, expenses recorded to the correct property, and vendor histories maintained.

  4. 04

    Tenant Ledgers

Tenant charges, payments, credits, balances, and delinquency information maintained within your property accounting system.

  5. 05

    Property & Portfolio Reporting

Income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow summaries, receivable reports, and bank reconciliation reports — per property and consolidated.

  6. 06

    Owner Activity

Capital contributions, owner draws, reimbursements, intercompany activity, and distributions tracked across properties and ownership entities.

Your Monthly Process

From daily activity to decision-ready reporting

Software alone does not ensure accurate financial reporting. SmartLedger performs the ongoing bookkeeping, account review, reconciliation, and month-end organization needed to produce dependable information.

  1. Review & record activity

Rental income, expenses, bills, deposits, transfers, credits, and owner activity are reviewed and assigned to the right property and account.

  2. Reconcile accounts

Recorded transactions are compared with bank activity so unresolved items are identified before reporting.

  3. Review ledgers & balances

Tenant balances, vendor activity, owner transactions, and general-ledger accounts are reviewed for consistency.

  4. Prepare the monthly reports

Reports are generated and organized around your property structure, accounting system, and agreed reporting package.

Available reports depend on the accounting software, property configuration, chart of accounts, ownership structure, available data, and agreed scope. SmartLedger Management does not provide tax, audit, or legal services; we keep financial information organized for coordination with your CPA.
